A curtain wall is a non-load-bearing outer envelope hung from the building frame, and its framing is usually visible from outside. Structural glazing describes the family of systems in which the glass itself reads as the outer surface, with framing concealed behind it or replaced by point fixings. Atom Structures builds both, and the choice is normally settled by the architect's elevation intent and the exposure the facade has to carry.

Spider glazing is a point-fixed system where toughened glass panels are held by stainless steel fittings, called spiders, bolted through the glass and back to a supporting structure. It gives a facade with almost no visible framing and is used where a lobby, atrium, or entrance needs maximum transparency.

The in-house team of designers, architects, and engineers prepares shop drawings and detailing from the architect's concept, then carries the package through fabrication, supply, and installation. Where a project already has a facade consultant appointed, the team works to the issued specification instead.
