From Enquiry to Handover
The sequence is the same whether the award is a single railing run or a full envelope package.
01 · Survey & Evaluation
Extensive market survey and technical evaluation, so that the materials, designs, and systems recommended suit the requirement rather than the catalogue.
02 · Drawings & Quotation
Shop drawings and detailing prepared against the architect's intent or the issued specification, with a quotation and an indicative programme.
03 · Fabrication
Sections cut, assembled, welded, and finished to the approved drawing, with surface protection applied to the specified system.
04 · Supply & Installation
Delivery and site installation sequenced to the wider project programme, with dedicated project coordination throughout.
05 · Handover
Sealing, cleaning, snag closure, and handover, with quality control checks against the approved specification.
06 · After Handover
Post-delivery service and maintenance, so that the package remains supported once the building is in use.
