Scope of Work

Atom Structures specialises in the design, fabrication, supply, and installation of architectural glass and stainless steel cladding systems for commercial buildings, transportation infrastructure, institutional facilities, hospitality projects, and high-rise developments. Aluminium composite panel cladding and facade works are delivered under the same scope.

Cladding solutions are designed to enhance aesthetics, weather protection, durability, and long-term building performance while meeting stringent quality and safety requirements. The substructure behind the panel does most of the work. Bracket spacing, panel joint width, drainage path, and sealing detail decide whether an elevation still looks straight and stays dry several monsoons after handover.

Aluminium composite panel cladding is a sheet product with a core bonded between two thin aluminium skins, fixed to an aluminium substructure. It is light, can be routed and folded into curves and arches, and covers large elevations economically, which is why it appears so often on station entrances, fascias, and signage-bearing surfaces.

Cladding is an opaque or partly opaque skin that covers structure and sheds weather. Structural glazing is a transparent envelope where glass forms the visible surface and admits light. Most elevations use both, and Atom Structures delivers them as a single coordinated package so the junction between the two is detailed by one team.

Yes, and it is used where an elevation needs durability at a surface people can reach, such as station concourses, entrances, and column casings. Grade and finish are specified against the exposure, and a satin or brushed finish is usually preferred outdoors because it hides handling marks better than a mirror finish.

Yes. The aluminium or steel substructure, brackets, fixings, drainage detailing, and sealing are all part of the cladding package. Panel and substructure are designed together, since the substructure is what holds the elevation flat.
