A conventional structure uses standard rolled sections throughout. PEB is usually faster to erect and lighter for long clear spans, while conventional steel suits irregular geometry and heavy point loads.

Design support is provided, meaning the team works with the project's structural consultant and prepares fabrication and connection drawings from the approved design. Where a project requires an independent design and proof check, that is coordinated with the consultant appointed for it.

An internal warehouse frame and an exposed external canopy do not need the same specification, and industrial or coastal locations usually require an anti-corrosion system rather than a standard paint build-up.
