Aluminium Windows & Louvers Works

AluminiumGlass

Aluminium louvers are angled fixed or operable blades fitted to an opening or a facade to allow airflow while restricting rain, sunlight, and direct view. Atom Structures fabricates and installs louvers alongside aluminium sliding windows, casement windows, fixed glazing, doors, and customised aluminium systems.

Scope of Work

Atom Structures supplies, fabricates, and installs aluminium sliding windows, casement windows, fixed glazing, aluminium louvers, doors, partitions, facade elements, and customised aluminium systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Aluminium work is measured, not adapted. Openings are surveyed on site before fabrication, sections are cut and assembled to the surveyed dimension, and gaskets, drainage slots, and perimeter sealing are detailed so that the finished window keeps water out and keeps operating smoothly after the building is in use.

Questions

Aluminium Windows & Louvers FAQs

Louvers let air move through an opening while keeping rain, direct sun, and sightlines out. On facades they screen plant rooms, service areas, car parks, and equipment decks. They are also used as a deliberate architectural device, where a run of blades gives an elevation depth and shadow that flat cladding cannot.

Sliding windows suit wide openings and locations where an outward-opening leaf would obstruct a walkway or balcony. Casement windows open fully, which gives better ventilation and easier cleaning, and they usually seal more tightly against wind-driven rain. The choice is normally settled by the opening size and the exposure.

Powder coating in a specified shade, anodising, and wood-finish or metallic coatings. Finish is selected against exposure as much as appearance, since a coastal or industrial location asks more of the coating than a sheltered internal opening.

Sections are cut, assembled, and glazed as fabricated work, which allows non-standard sizes and customised aluminium systems to be built to the surveyed opening rather than to a catalogue dimension.

Yes. Aluminium windows, louvers, and louvered service doors are widely used on metro stations, institutional buildings, and industrial facilities, where corrosion resistance and low maintenance matter more than initial cost. Atom Structures has installed this scope on public infrastructure work.
